Hi, I’m Daniel - an ACE Certified personal trainer based in NYC, with nearly a decade of one-on-one experience helping people move better, train smarter, and feel stronger. I hold an Associate’s degree in Exercise Science, a Corrective Exercise Specialization through The Biomechanics Method, and am currently completing a Bachelor's in Kinesiology.
I work with clients across a wide spectrum - from those just starting their fitness journey to seasoned clients aiming to break through plateaus or recover from injury. Whether you're managing joint pain, preparing for a race, or simply looking to train with more intention and consistency, I meet you where you are and build from there.
